How to Cancel an Order
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase or made an error with the size, you can cancel your order within one hour of your purchase. To cancel, simply click the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. Go to the “Changed Your Mind?” section and follow the easy steps to cancel or modify your order.
If more than 60 minutes have passed, or if you have a specific issue with the size or model, please contact our team at support@yeluno.com. We’ll be happy to assist in adjusting your order.
Cancellation Conditions
For your cancellation request to be valid, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation before Shipment: You can cancel or adjust your order only before it has been shipped. Once your items are dispatched, the standard Return Policy will apply.
- Size Issues: If you made a mistake with the size or wish to exchange your items for a different size, you will need to follow the return procedure after shipment, as cancellations after shipment are no longer possible.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if you have an issue with the size or received a product that does not meet your expectations, you can request a return to exchange for the correct size or model. We will guide you through this process easily.
Cancellation Confirmation
If you’ve cancelled your order using the cancellation link in the order confirmation email, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at support@yeluno.com with your order number, and we will resolve the issue.
Issues with Automatic Cancellation
