Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item for an exchange, refund, or claim for defective products.
How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, email our customer service at support@yeluno.com with your order number and the reason for the return. - Return Authorization:
After reviewing your request, we will send you a return authorization along with a prepaid return label for you to print. - Prepare the Return:
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories. Use the return label provided via email to send the item back.
Return Fees
- Defective Products:
If the item is defective or damaged, Yeluno Ltd will cover the return shipping costs. - Change of Mind:
If you change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount. - No Restocking Fees:
No restocking fees will be charged for returned products.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for products returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Conditions
- Change of Mind:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. - Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund. - Damaged Products:
If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage. If approved, return shipping costs will be covered by Yeluno Ltd. - Incorrect Item Received:
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct item. - Lost Products:
If your product does not arrive, please contact us to initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. - After Shipment:
If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process once you receive the product.
