Delivery Charges
Free Delivery in the UK: We are pleased to offer free delivery for all orders placed within the UK, with no hidden fees. At Yeluno Ltd, we believe every customer deserves hassle-free service, including delivery!
Processing and Delivery Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: Deliveries are estimated to take 4 to 5 business days, bringing the total time to 5 to 7 business days.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Method
- Carrier: We use DHL to ship all orders, with a tracking service (Track & Trace). You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package in real-time.

- Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
- Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by Yeluno Ltd. We will proceed with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
